Runs of Pokémon Emerald, Green, and Crystal to feature in this week's FINNRUNS Winter 2024 event, in benefit of the World Wildlife Fund

Pokémon Emerald, Pokémon Green, and Pokémon Crystal are being featured in the FINNRUNS Winter 2024 speedrunning event, which is being held this week from January 4th to January 7th, streaming live from GamePit Pro in Jyväskylä, Finland on the FINNRUNS Twitch channel. The event is being held in support of the World Wildlife Fund, and specifically the endangered Saimaa ringed seal, so that it may be seen in the wild in the future.

FINNRUNS is a community of Finnish speedrunners with a focus on bringing the hobby of speedrunning to a wide audience. They have been hosting charity marathons since March of 2019 since spinning off from SpeedGamesUnited.
