Runs of Pokémon Diamond/Pearl and Pokémon Crystal to feature in Awesome Games Done Quick 2024 Marathon, in benefit of the Prevent Cancer Foundation

Two Pokémon games are set to feature in the 2024 Awesome Games Done Quick (AGDQ) charity marathon, which is taking place over January 14th to January 21st in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This year's event will be raising money for the Prevent Cancer Foundation.

Games Done Quick is a semiannual series of speedrunning marathons, with runners attempting to complete the game or accomplish a specific goal as fast as possible. Since the first Games Done Quick event in 2010, the organization has raised more than $46 million USD across all of its events for various charities. AGDQ 2024 can be watched either on the event's official Twitch channel, or directly from their website.
