Fixing messed-up images everywhere!

I'm slowly working my way through every Pokémon and see if there's anything to correct, such as no transparency, effed-up animations, wrong sizes or wrong alignments.

I'm also uploading shiny sprites from Emerald because there don't seem to be a lot of them. In order to do that, I plan to create palette-swaps of the normal Emerald sprites.

Moreover, now that I have finally found a way to accurately create APNG animations of Diamond/Pearl/Platinum sprites, I'll also do some of those. They do take a lot of work to do, though.
